Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Discreet Shipping All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no indication of the contents or Comfopedia branding on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our priority.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@comfopedia.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
