Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for health and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@comfopedia.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received — If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@comfopedia.com and we'll send the correct product at no additional cost.
Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
